Q1 2010 – Highest Internet Advertising Revenue

Good news in 2010? Maybe. According to the recently released results of the IAB Internet Advertising Revenue Report conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers – Q1 saw the highest revenue ever for internet advertising. Looks like retail made the lion’s share but CPG saw a 6% growth over last year. What’s interesting to me is that we’re still seeing performance based going up over CPM. Still waiting to see CPM go away altogether. Good argument for having better and better analytics/tracking in-house. View the full report here.
